Would you consider it's fair if one who befriend final form Juubi as it's host got

TRUE Immortality, Invincibility granted to him. Honestly I think it could be possible as you would become literally part of the world, one with the world which could let one live forever.

The one who would befriend Juubi could get Tailed beast mode of Juubi, just imagine it's final form... Being completly one with The progenitor of Shinobi world , who could grant it's host all abilities possible to imagine, overpowerness .

We know that Obito is forcefully controlling Incomplete Ten tails as it's Jinchurki, so at best he could use v1 or v2.

Also although we don't know too much about The Sage of six paths. I believe that at the most and most likely he won war tug of chakra and was able to enter Ten tails chakra mode... if all Jinchurkis works same.

I believe that Naruto will befriend Juubi final form as it's host and will live forever to watchman of everlasting peace.

In other words Naruto will surprass The Sage and will never die as True successor of sage of six paths/ his reincarnation
