I would consider switching to blue or green maybe. But only because I've noticed that a lot of girls like the combination of brown hair and blue/green eyes lol. So I probably wouldn't go through with it. I like the way my eyes look.

I want hazel eyes and it would look good on me too. Brown is such a boring color for eyes.

To me Hazel looks so exotic and beautiful. I'd love to have those eyes :'(

Of course you're content. You have beautiful eyes!

I appreciate that, but brown eyes are beautiful too. It all just depends on the person. In my opinion, the eye color someone was born with was meant for them. Not just in a literal genetic sense, but aesthetically.

That's more or so based on perspective. I have black hair, and when you look at my eyes, they simply just blend in and don't stand out. Having something like Hazel would stand out, but it wouldn't completely clash because of the natural brown component of Hazel, but it would be a bit lighter. Same thing if I had a darker blue (like Ocean Blue). It would fit in with the dark colour scheme while also looking cool.

Depends on the blue. Ocean blue looks really good with black hair, but light blue (like sky blue) doesn't. But I agree on the Hazel part. I absolutely love those eyes

Hazel just looks so unique...blue is too common as well as brown. Green is somewhat popular.

Green isn't popular at all. Only 2% of the world's population has Green eyes, and a further 1% have a specific green called "Emerald Green". It's the most rare eye. Not sure if Blue or Hazel is more naturally occurring. I'd have to check the statistics.

Wish I had orange or yellow eyes.

But I wouldn't risk blindness from that procedure

The procedure I listed in the OP is completely non-invasive and bears no risk of blindness whatsoever. It only alters the pigments in your iris, which give you the colour in your eyes. Causing blindness would involve invasive procedures such as iris implantation which would also have incision involved. It would affect the cornea, which is integral in sight. The iris does nothing for sight.

For now though, it's only for Brown eyes to Blue eyes. It hasn't been released to the general public yet (if you read the FAQ I posted it will explain why). They want to have every single possible certification from medical centres everywhere. They do constant studies and tests to make sure nothing can go wrong. According to their website, they're releasing it to places outside the US in mid-late 2015 and once they have enough sample data it will go to places like the US and Canada. I see no problem with this procedure at all, so saving up seems fine haha.

That happens to a lot of people, my sister included.

From what I know it's because the eye pigmentation hasn't fully developed at that age.
