If I had a sharingan in real life, that would already be enough power to do whatever I wanted. MS would be completely unnecessary... and even if it wasn't, I still wouldn't kill a loved one for it. That's stupid.

It depends on if we have access to Hashirama’s cells, just to speed up the recovery time. But anyway I’ll have the sibling plant Izanagi into their eye and kill them, and they’ll return to life with one blind eye and I’ve got the MS. Then they’ll kill me and I’ll activate izanagi also then we’d both have MS. Then we’d trade eyes and we’d both get the EMS.

Of course the trauma aspect has to be there so we’ll add genjutsu in for extra effect.
