2. The only aninal left on earth were dogs and cats?

I've been somewhat getting acquainted with veganism since 2017, tried it for a few months in 2018 and quit because I thought that I wouldn't make a difference. I wasn't aware of the exploding growth in the number of vegans worldwide and all the compelling evidence regarding cruelty, health, environment, etc.

At some point, I realized the cognitive dissonance in myself for being an animal friend but having another on my plate. After extensive research I realized there was not a single compelling argument against it. The last time I ate meat was at christmas 2018 and I went fully vegan around february 2019.

I think I can turn myself to be vegan if they animals can speak and act like human.

1. Not just talk, but were up at our level of intellect + said don't drink my milk, eat my eggs, or my meat. Although, up at our level would make eating their meat less desirable anyway.

2. I don't eat cats, dogs, hunting animals + I have strict dietary guidelines, so yes.
