I mean, think about it guys. If you take Ramen Guy's name, "Teuchi", take out the "euch" and add an "o" and "b", you get "Tobi"!
In all seriousness, though, I would love to see him again. He's such a random presence in the manga. Y'know, having no real relevance to the plot and such.

I realize this. I suppose I'm just sad that I never got to join in on the "Tobi is Ramen Guy" bandwagon. But as I stated before, I would enjoy a cameo from Teuchi, similar to the Inari and Tazuna cameo post-Pein invasion.
