If there wouldn't be such OP characters, all ninjas would be more or less equal like in first part where students could do something useful vs rogue ninja. Like in Zabuza part. Where tactic is everything not a OP jutsu.

Yes I like characters development like that. All are on equal term with their own pro and con.

When we got very OP characters and also when their power were not their own but borrowed. Its make me dislike the development more.

Don't you just hate when you play a game fighting your kin but that kin supposedly has infinite resources opposed to you having a max of 10-30.

Yeah, that's what I miss the most. Sage Naruto, MS Sasuke & Pein should have been the peak of friend/foe power. There are lots of awesome things you can do with versatility--you don't need immense power.

Pretty much the basis of my 5-part storyline, actually.
