let me enlighten you...Nagato without even trying killed a byakugan user within seconds...Nagato is weaker than current tobi...explain how the hell does the byakugan clan stand a chance with the almighty Tobi. Tobi's death has been prolonged for too long. Since the real madara is back, tobi's existence is unnecessary.

But Tobi is the main villain now. Madara now just seems like a steppingstone that Tobi used to achieve infamy. And there's the fact that Tobi is the one fighting the main character, not Madara. If anything, it's Madara's existence that is unnecessary now.
