he is a tool and his character is to take orders from other characters like Tobi

also Sasuke is not pure evil like Tobi and Orochimaru he has some emotions

i doubt that will happen. unlike Sasuke, he killed his emotions and only wants power. He'll proabably die evil, like danzo did. but who knows....
