Nah, that would make the manga pointless, having Madara win would just be bad writing.

Having the bad guy win requires it to be set up early on so that the stories of the characters are complete by him winning, but in this case it would leave everyone's story incomplete and just be a troll.

Considering that its a Shounen manga its very likely to end like every other manga.

There is no Shounen where the bad guys win.
