Uzumaki's do not own the nine tails as Madara has had it in his possession before. The Uzumaki only have high life force and amazing chakra. Uchiha have sharingan and high chakra while the senju have the same thing as Uzumaki except without the red hair.

Well, most Uchiha seem to be miserable, unhappy, moody and unlucky, so Senju.

uchiha is powerful, its only took 1 uchiha to make the shinobi worlds into chaos..

Neither I'd rather be an Uzumaki but if had to chose between the two I'd rather be a Senju, I'd take under the 2nd Hokage and become a skilled Water Release user and pick up Wind as my second chakra nature.
