Do you think you would be a good kage if you had the strength of one? Lets find out

Ranks
-Horrible
-Forgettable
-Questionable
-OK
-Good
-Amazing
-Legendary
-God of Shinobi

1. A subordinate of yours wants to take an A-rank mission and he is one of the strongest in your village. If the mission succeeds then your village's finances and battle strength will increase immensly. If it fails, the ememy finances and power will increase instead. However, the subordinates chakra is unstable and repeatedly causes him to collapse and the A-rank mission will definitly have other powerful shinobi from other villages.
The subordinate insists that he can control his chakra and havent collapsed in days. What would you do?

a. Make him stay. The risks are too high
b. Believe his words and let him go
c. Let him go but send a couple of anbu to keep an eye on him

2. The village is under attack and the residents and shinobi are being slaughtered. Their only chance of survival is for you to join the fray or beg another village for help. Which would you choose?

3. Lets say you choose to join the fray. The leader of the attack confronts you.You try to force your through immediately but is easily flung to the side; the leader is strong. What stands between you and your suffering villagers is him. What would you do?

a. Try to gets past and save the villagers
b. Try to beat the leader as quickly as possible. Its obvious he wont let you pass

4. The leader is just too strong and the only way to stop him is to commit a suicidal-homicide. However, though the leader will die, the chances of his subordinates leaving are slim since its a one-sided slaughter. Your villages best fighters arrive and join the fray but you are unsure if they'll succeed. What will you do?

a. Use the suicide technigue and believe in your shinobi
b. Call your shinobi to your side and take out the leader but the casualties on your side will be immense.
c. Try to make a deal with the leader

5. Lets say you choose the deal and the leader's terms is that you surrender your village to him. Your answer will be....

a. Accept the term. Your villages safety is your #1 priority
b. Decline and use the suicide technigue

6. A large village sends you a message via pigeon asking for an alliance and financial cooperation, and if you accept, they want a meeting at a neutral nation as soon as possible. However, the village is known for never participating in anying political and your suspuscious. What would you do?

a. decline the offer. The village is way too shady
b. accept the offer with obtism but bring strong shinobi with you and set up a defensive perimeter around your village incase the meeting is an ambush.
c. accept the offer but send strong shinobi to the ememy village and bring strong shinobi with you to take down the village leader. You are sure that the meeting is an ambush.

7. Strange murders has been happening throughout the village for weeks. One day, in the middle of the night, while standing on top of your kage tower, someone tries to kill you. You stop the killer and is shocked to see that its the person who'se most important to you. What will be that person's fate.

a. let him go and flee. You cant bring yourself to kill him
b. felling angry and betrayed, you kill him on the spot
c. have him imprisoned until further questioning

8. You find out that important person was secretly an international criminal and legendary hero and the others Kages wants a Summit to decide the person's fate. Half of the summit wants that person to be executed while the other half simply wants to imprison him/her. Hes/shes a hero afterall. Your are the deciding factor but be careful, if you vote to imprison, you may lose face since the other kages will believe you let personal feelings get in the way of "justice." What will you vote for?

a. Vote to execute
b. Vote to imprison

9. Before you voted, someone suddenly attacked the summit; it was someone else important to you and the other kages begin to suspect that this is all apart of your plan to kill them. What will you?

a. "Damn it all! I'll go take of this personally! My duty as Kage comes first!"
b. Just sit down in shock
c. Tell the other kages that your not planning anything and hope for the best

10. You confront your precious attacker and he/she screams, "Please let me pass! I have to save her!"(the person who tried to kill you). The difference in strength is so big that you can easily one-shot the attacker but he/she is very important to you. What will you do?

a. Knock that attacker the f*** out!
b. Restrain and arrest him/her
c. Let the attacker knock you to the side for you can't bring yourself to hurt him/her.

If some of these questions dont make sense then I apologize. I type really fast....and loud....

However, the subordinates chakra is unstable and repeatedly causes him to collapse and the A-rank mission will definitly have other powerful shinobi from other villages.
The subordinate insists that he can control his chakra and havent collapsed in days. What would you do?

a. Make him stay. The risks are too high
b. Believe his words and let him go
c. Let him go but send a couple of anbu to keep an eye on him

c. I believe in my subordinate's capacity to have control over his chakra, but he "hasn't collapsed in days" doesn't ensure that he had a proper rest. He needs some support, and in the bests of cases, the ANBU won't be noticed by him so he could think he went alone.

2. The village is under attack and the residents and shinobi are being slaughtered. Their only chance of survival is for you to join the fray or beg another village for help. Which would you choose?

Both. If my village have alliances with others I would order the Intel office to send a raven to ask for backup. While doing so, I would join the battlefield. Of course, my position inside the battlefield would depend on my own abilities as shinobi.

Its obvious he wont let you pass

b. As a Kage, it is in my duties to trust in my comrades and not to do everything alone. I have high ranked shinobi to take care of the things that are attacking my villagers. I will handle the leader.

4. The leader is just too strong and the only way to stop him is to commit a suicidal-homicide. However, though the leader will die, the chances of his subordinates leaving are slim since its a one-sided slaughter. Your villages best fighters arrive and join the fray but you are unsure if they'll succeed. What will you do?

a. Use the suicide technigue and believe in your shinobi
b. Call your shinobi to your side and take out the leader but the casualties on your side will be immense.
c. Try to make a deal with the leader

a. Thought the lose of my life would mean an inmense loss in the village, the presence of the enemy leader would mean a sure massacre to the village. His subordinates are enough trouble for my own subordinates, and their leader's death would increase the morale of my troops. As I already know my subordinates are strong enough, that would suffice to end the slaughter.

5. Lets say you choose the deal and the leader's terms is that you surrender your village to him. Your answer will be....

a. Accept the term. Your villages safety is your #1 priority
b. Decline and use the suicide technigue

a. In this case, it is not in my decision to make the deal with the leader, but the leader the one who wants to make the deal with me. Under this circumstances, I'd accept the term.

You are sure that the meeting is an ambush.

b. The safety of my village is the priority. I can't stand uninformed thought, so it is in my duties to know what is not known, so I should accept the offer. In every case, if the foreign village is really planning something fishy, I should protect my village. Having an alliance would create an opening and access to strategic, logistic and statistic data. In the bests of cases, the alliance would bring prosperity to both villages.

7. Strange murders has been happening throughout the village for weeks. One day, in the middle of the night, while standing on top of your kage tower, someone tries to kill you. You stop the killer and is shocked to see that its the person who'se most important to you. What will be that person's fate.

a. let him go and flee. You cant bring yourself to kill him
b. felling angry and betrayed, you kill him on the spot
c. have him imprisoned until further questioning

c. Naturally. I must do proper investigation before passing judgement. Who knows, maybe this dear person was under genjutsu. Acting based on pure emotion would bring disaster and it could even be an enemy trap. What if my dearest person is also the strongest one in the village? It would be really bad for the village if I kill him/her.

8. You find out that important person was secretly an international criminal and legendary hero and the others Kages wants a Summit to decide the person's fate. Half of the summit wants that person to be executed while the other half simply wants to imprison him/her. Hes/shes a hero afterall. Your are the deciding factor but be careful, if you vote to imprison, you may lose face since the other kages will believe you let personal feelings get in the way of "justice." What will you vote for?

a. Vote to execute
b. Vote to imprison

b. I'm the kind of Kage that do things with both feelings and logic, so I would explain the reasons that brings me to reach my decision. Why would the other kage believe I'm being driven by emotions if they seek for death in first place? They would be doing the same when wanting death for the prisoner. Justice is something as subjective as reality, they can't use that as argument when historic data tells the prisioner is also a hero. As for me, this prisoner could be of some use at the future, so it's more useful alive than dead.

9. Before you voted, someone suddenly attacked the summit; it was someone else important to you and the other kages begin to suspect that this is all apart of your plan to kill them. What will you?

a. "Damn it all! I'll go take of this personally! My duty as Kage comes first!"
b. Just sit down in shock
c. Tell the other kages that your not planning anything and hope for the best

c. Honesty is the best weapon a Kage could have to convince other Kages. Stay in shock or acting recklessly could only increase suspictions against me.

10. You confront your precious attacker and he/she screams, "Please let me pass! I have to save her!"(the person who tried to kill you). The difference in strength is so big that you can easily one-shot the attacker but he/she is very important to you. What will you do?

a. Knock that attacker the f*** out!
b. Restrain and arrest him/her
c. Let the attacker knock you to the side for you can't bring yourself to hurt him/her.
b. The attacker should be arrested because attacking a Kage is against the laws of the five nations. In this case, the decision of what to do against this person would remain on the shoulders of all the kages, and my word would have more weight than others since this is a person I know. As I decided earlier to imprison the first prisoner, I would explain the attacker what bought me to take that decision and then the fate of the attacker would be decided later depending in his/her behaviour and resolution.

The kages couldn't sentence death on any of these criminals, since they are under my jurisdiction and they are more useful alive than dead. They are not a threat that could cause great damage to the world until proven wrong.
