a. have super speed capable of moving as fast or faster than the speed of light like so marvel/dc characters
b. teleportation like instant transmission ftg sasukes heavenly hand technique etc
c. be able to jump dimensions and warp objects to other dimensions like obito kaguya or any other person u may have seen with this ability?

True, but I see B as more like traversing another dimension to close distances between you and a destination to reach it instantly. So that means you don't remain or bring others into said dimension for any extended period of time.

C however you can actually travel, and remain, in said dimension for long periods of time or trap others there without you being there.

But, more or less, you are right they are basically the same with some small differences

Well of you put it like that B is superior since you can insta teleport, if you have to summon a portal and walk through you would lose against a speedster
