I really doubt that he would've, Kishi would never have Kimmi be much of a match for someone equal to the likes of Orochmaru.
I doubt she would use byakugou (Madara fight) at best she would probably just use the Creation Rebirth (Sannin fight)

Kishi would have most likely have her punch him, and he manages to stab her. She is pretty fast.
That would kill him, not to mention her medical eye, she could see and exploit his weakness.

And blitz Sasuke...
Idk, Tsunade would probably use more of her ninjutsu with the sound, like Poison mist..

Too much is unknown about Tsunade's arsenal but heavily alluded.

this mission wasn't even about defeating all of the enemies but getting back the Sauce in record time before he reached Orochi's safe zone

we have to see how fast Tsunade blitz through each enemy (she likely could do it easily but how long will it take)
