Would Tsukoyomi affect naruto while taken over by 9 tails?

Tsukuyomi is a genjutsu. Genjutsu are broken out of by disrupting your chakra, whther by yourself or by an outside source.
Perfect jinchuurikis are immune to genjutsu because their tailed beast breaks them out of it by disrupting their chakra. We saw this when hachibi broke killer bee out of sasukes tsukuyomi.
The part about needing uchiha blood is when you're trying to break yourself out of tsukuyomi.

It would not effect naruto, tbh I don't even know what class naruto comes under when he is in that cloak, four tails cloak has to be the most badass looking one though, it's eyes are bright yellow, it's fur looks burning hot

Tsukyomi isn't a normal genjutsu as in you can't oppose it on your own... you can't break it on your own....If kakashi could, he would...

There is Itachi's tsukyomi, and sasuke's , two entirely different levels..

Itachi's happens instantly, thus there is no cancellation effects... Not from bijuu's , not from fusions.. None... It's too fast for any thing to occur... according to kakashi.....

This is the sole reason Itachi said his tsukyomi is only beatable by another uchiha...

friken basic genjutsu can control tailed beasts and summonings.... It doesn't matter if he's part of the juubi, he can still be affected by genjutsu

Second of all, itachis tsykiyomi is not sasukes tsykiyomi. Its on a whole nother level buddy.
