Any rinnegan user can use chakra rods, as seen with madara,momoshiki, obito and nagato, sasuke also can, and as I said even if toneri can break the genjutsu, it would take him atleast a second to do so, that second would be enough for sasuke to either use human path, chakra rods or chidori

Hmmm you are still assuming too much...i don't disagree with you but your solutions seem too hyper...i am rather looking for a practical approach based on proved facts...well just because madara and Nagato used chakra rods doesn't mean that Sasuke can use them too....i think they are gudodama modified as rods...we saw madara, naruto and nagato use them not sasuke...so lets leave them alone for now....and jutsus consume casting time....In boruto movie Sasuke wasn't able to absorb Momoshiki's attack or chakra...so considering that level and i don't think he has mellowed down at that point...so chidori is all right but remember Naruto's rasengan didn't do much damage...

There is no evidence that suggest any dojutsu except sharingans being able to resist genjutsu. the reason sasuke was able to stop infinite tsukuyomi is because his rinnegan along with susanoo was blocking out the light. that's not the same as breaking out of genjutsu. lol

Its a rinnegan genjutsu not a mere sharingan genjutsu, plus the golem is'nt shown to increase its size,it just regenerates, chibaku tensei handles stuff that are immortal or regenerates due to incasing them in it, and what's with hamuras chakra and rikudous chakra being different, I did'nt say anything about that and has nothing to do with this, genjutsu shits on toneri unless he has a feat of stopping a rinnegan genjutsu, assuming he can breakout, if he is caught for a second, sasuke chidori (that destroyed a meteor) blitz him and reduce toneris body to nothing, or human path, or chakra rods

No, it is a sharingan genjutsu. the tamoes on sasuke's rinnegan allows him to use mangekyou jutsus, that's it.

Doing better than Naruto in handling Toneri means a stomp, since Naruto, let me say it, didn't fatigue so much to take him down. Plus Toneri himself moaned that Naruto got him with a single punch. Also, Sasuke doesn't ave any avatar, so he would have to face Toneri and his golem together.
All in all no, Sasuke would have beaten him as well as Naruto, but maybe with a bit more of effort
