Would this work? (Possible way to defeat the Juubi)

Since neither Kakashi nor Obito have the eye power to kamui a whole Tailed Beast by themselves, they need to be powered up by Kurama or Naruto, as shown with Kakashi and the Hachibi. So we've got that cleared... without a chakra powerup, there's no doing it.

So, since Kakashi is currently healed up and powered by Kurama chakra and is basically wearing his own cloak, couldn't he just kamui the Juubi? Naruto could easily just keep his hand on his back and keep handing him chakra if he's about to (somehow) run out, which he shouldn't.

You might say 'Obito would just kamui it back', but that's not possible, because he doesn't have the eye power to do so. And even though Madara has unlimited chakra, he doesn't know how to transfer. So then, Obito would just have to kamui himself and Madara back, and then that'd be half the battle while Juubi is forced to live the rest of it's life, sealed up in the other dimension.

Wouldn't that work?

I'm thinking realistically here, not in terms of the most epic and longest way to end the fight... would you want that fight to just keep on dragging out if you were on the field, or for it to just be over?

Doubtful... I like your thinking so I'll rep you, but its very flawed.
1.. Have you every done a size comparison between the Hachibi and the Juubi. The Hachibi could be a chew toy for him. Sure, Kakashi stated the Kurama's chakra is several times stronger than his own, but he was completely drained after doing it to Gyuuki, and Juubi is hundreds if not thousands of times larger than Gyuuki, so it's already ruled out.
2. Remember when Kakashi tried Kamui'ing the Gedou Mazou in the beginning of the fight? Obito cancelled it out and it didn't work. Remember?
3. Someone has to defend Kakashi while doing it, and they need both Jinchuriki's to do it, so Naruto wouldn't be holding Kakashi's hand. Plus, Obito and Madara know what's going on, they're not going to just sit there on the Juubi's back and enjoy the show.
4. Obito, with the help of sneju DNA and the great power the rinnegan gives him, might be able to Kamui it back, since it is just as impossible as Kakashi Kamui'ing it there.
5. The Juubi never dies, so all Obito has to do is teleport away, recharge his batteries, and get the Juubi back if he can't do it on the spot...

he can only warp his neck(smaller than 1/3) and he can do it in his highlight speed of kamui so obito won't note to protect the jiubi

obito can cancel out a kamui, as he showed when kakashi tried to kamui the gedos neck. If kakashi was able to kamui the juubi, completely, then obito couldnt bring it back. But if it is a kamui in progress, then obbito can cancel it.
