would this work on nagato or itachi itachi has the sussano which i dont think the light can get through and nagato has the rinnegan even if it gets itachi im sure nagato could repel this jutsu

Well, Itachi > Nagato. Nagato has not Susanoo so maybe, dunno tho.

itachi is smart so maybe he would repel it? hmmm or it was sasuke's rinnegan that allowed him to repel it.

nagato on the other hand has rinnegan and tons of justus, so i believe he could.
