What if Naruto just went straight up Kevin 11 from Ben 10? Meaning he uses manifests a body part from each of the tailed beasts. For example he grows the 7 tails wings, 8 tails tentacle, 3 tails shell as a shield, 9 tails claws, ect.. lol

Still, all Naruto's bijuu chakra will take the form ball so whatever. There is a reason y Naruto only has a piece of their chakra and IMO it's so he can borrow each bijuu's powers for attacks to add variety.
