I lost some IQ points reading this. You get numbers that make no sense, but it is safe to assume that Guy wouldn't be able to go against the entire alliance including all the Kage etc. But he would give them a run for their money, but considering the lack of time to be in that stage wouldn't make an impact.

Tsunade is out of medical chakra, just throwing that out there, and Gai would need the yinseal to do that...so your basically asking would Tsunade be > than all of those things, and your answer is yes.
