i think a good way to end the naruto series is to have another shorter series (maybe like 200 chapters) where it follows a new main character. the war has been over for like 20 years and it shows everyone all grown up...

the main character would be a genin with some kind of goal like becoming hokage or something like that. And the twist to the story would be that Tsunade is still the hokage, and naruto is nowhere to be found for about half the series or sometime before that.

I think it would be cool if naruto would do what jiraiya did and roam the lands, but was the one who tries to bring peace. naruto is a lot stronger and well rounded. has a good relationship with the kurama and stuff like that

Then at the end of the series, naruto comes back once again, and becomes hokage since tsunade was ready to retire.

but somewhere in the middle naruto comes by konoha to visit, somehow meets the main character, they have similar features and all of that. then at the end the main character believes anyone can be hokage, and thats the end of the whole Naruto series.

this is all assuming tsunade lives after the war. i would like it to end this way , or similar to this way, cuz the whole point of the series was for naruto to become hokage, but that would be kinda awkward to end it after the war and showing like a short arc of naruto being hokage after or even failing at being hokage.

what do you guys think? are you done with naruto and are ready for it to end or have a short series that doesnt come out right away, but rather sometime afterward? i would like to know you're opinion

Maybe they could show like 1 chapter of Naruto's kid (if he has one) or 1 chapter of the next generation showing how peacful everything is...? :shrug:

yeah except naruto would actually be in the series... its almost like Yugioh gx to me, but naruto is a way better series and could pull it off better

i wouldnt mind that, but it would be weird to see naruto as a genin now then it just shows him as a hokage in the last chapter
