Would the manga have been better if Itachi killed his entire clan including Sasuke?

no it would not
1 itachi is not the sidekick type
2 where would naruto's drama come from without sasuke
3 sakura would have no one to pawn over and thus her rivalry with ino would not transpire
there are more reasons but i don't have time to go into them these are just my top three

yes ive been say this since very long ago

itachi is the better indra and is the better ninja.

sorry but itachi was never indra and was not suited to be indra itachi was not power hungry like sasuke

Some people are in denial but lets face the facts. You can't compare Sasuke to a godlike figure like Itachi.
