If tsunade had died in kakashi became the hokage do you think he would have done a better job in planning the strategy 's of the SA because it seemed like A didn't know what he was doing or Tsunade

No. Kamui would have only helped if madara was not edo because he could simply kill him. the most he could do would be to kamui him to the other dimension, but at the time obito was able to also use kamui and would have set him free no problem

This guy and he could also use kamui on other gokages so that they could avoid a fatal wound.
He is a strategist who is said to be on par with shikamaru so he would device a better plan than just mindless full on assault.
