would the first naruto vs sasuke fight have gone differently if naruto had KM?

naruto got destroyed by sasuke back when he was training to become a genin (I think it was a flashback fight.) but could he have beaten sasuke if he had km at the time? (assuming sasuke doesn't awaken 3-t or MS during their fight)

Naruto was a naab back then, he couldn't even use bunshin. He was still focussed on getting his existence acknowledged back then.
