[Theory] Would the Byakugan work as well as the Sharingan with Chidori?

If you think about the almost perfect 360 field of vision, with the ability to see high speed movements and telescopic vision would perfectly counter the drawbacks of the Chidori. So in theory any Hyuga with a Lightning chakra affinity and an awakened Byakugan could wield the Chidori just as well as any Uchiha with the Sharingan. What do you think?

No. It was stated by Kakashi that the sharingan is needed for the Chidori to be efficient and AFAIK byakugan BS "prediction" was never explained, Kinetic vision to great detail is the sharingan thing, the Byakugan might only be able to predict activity because it sees the chakra being molded, not movement.

Do you honestly think a Sharingan user would be impaled like Neji was?

Sakura eyes can read movement faster than Hinata byakugan which was the most advanced in terms of insight, and sasuke already said her eyes were superior to two tomoe... sasuke only needed two tomoe for chidori ...

I think it's possible because in the war arc it was signified to possess precognition when Hinata read the Juubi's movements. But I don't think Kishi would allow the Sharingan's hype of being a necessity to wield Chidori so much that Kakashi had to resort to inventing Purple Lightning once he lost his, to be tarnished. Hence I'd say in storyline terms, no. Plus there's also the common sense factor into it; the fact that Kakashi never thought of teaching any Hyuga the art despite that being a huge measure in boosting the military power of the leaf.

No, Sakura is a useless heap of flesh who literally needed to be puppeted by chiyo, in order to not get negged by sasori in base hiruko form... she also needed to get saved by kakashi when she bitched up and sasuke was going to kill her ass
