Okay, but how can sakura claims to love sasuke. I mean to my knowledge and I could be wrong about this... the only reason she love him is because of his looks and status. She has no personal attachment to him. She has a family, he doesn't. She was never alone during her childhood, he was. She made fun of naruto not having parents, he never did. That is simply not love. She can never understand sasuke's mental psyche. She doesn't understand the truth about the Uchiha clan and even if she did find out later she still can't understand because she is a only child.

No, I believe love is real. People nowadays just have no idea what it is anymore. It's just about money, looks, and status. It's suppose to be about heart, mind set, and personality.
