Since Sasuke is the Main, it changes the story. Sasuke doesn't care about Hinata. He would care, however, if it was Sakura. It's just guessing, but I'm sure the plot would have Toneri capture Sakura to lure Hinata to capture instead.

And when has sasuke ever insta blitzed an enemy in the entire series? I'm talking about a main character villain. Exactly...never. His sword slash against deidara didn't count anyways because it did nothing. And usually sasuke's blitzes fail so it's not going to work. Plot just doesn't work in sasuke's favor to insta kill someone.

It wouldn't change the fact that Hanabi would kidnap the girls due to plot if Sasuke were in Naruto's role though Sasuke would of had a good fight against Toneri

Ameno didn't help Sasuke against Momoshiki's guard because during one of their fights when Sasuke tried it and got behind him he got wacked the moment he appeared behind him so I don't see it being able to give one shot Toneri
