Would Sasuke have been this strong if he stayed in Konoha?

Probably not, but hey it's fair. Just imagine how AWFUL Naruto would be if he didn't train under the pervy sage.. No Rasengan, no Sage mode, no toad summons
And Sakura...my goodness let's not talk about her. Basically they all would be pretty weak compared to now if they strictly stayed under Kakashi's training. Not to Kakashi is a bad sensei or anything, he's cool.
