Would Sasuke fry himself if he tried to copy lightning release armor?

Even though Kishi doesn't use it very much Uchiha still have the ability to copy jutsu that they have seen. if sasuke tried to copy A's lightning release armor would he fry himself?

It increases speed and reflexes and with sasuke's base speed and perception he might be able to outspeed tougher opponents.
