Would Sasuke be this powerful if he trained in Konoha instead of Orochimaru?

I think he owes a bit to his Orochimaru (even though he never trained him as a "sensei", but only to take his body) for becoming as powerful as he is today :rag: since his training with a weak slacker like Kakashi reached a dead end

Both Naruto and Sakura got their own Sannins, and Konoha was not too caring about Sasuke and his training.

Hell, even a genius like Itachi had the legendary Madara as his trainer.

So I think he made the right move searching for Orochimaru as no one is more qualified to train him.

Look at Orochimarus students all super-powerful - Anko (Mid-Jonin), Kimmimaro (S-rank) Kabuto (S-rank), and Sasuke himself (Elite-Kage level).

but naruto stopped him from running
making sasuke fight orochimaru
making orochimaru bite him
making sasuke go to orochi for more power
so, sasuke wouldnt be this strong if it wasnt for naruto

Well I disagree on some points
1. Kakashi isn't slacker and I doubt training under hi would lead to a dead end, he know a lot of jutsu.
2. Had Sasuke not bailed out it is pretty likely that Kakashi would have continued to train him. The only reason Naruto got a Sannin and a sensei is because Kakashi was giving preference to Sasuke over him.
3. When was it sated that madara trained Itachi?
4. Looking at Orochimaru's students is completely bias. Of course they are all high teir shinobi, he doesn't recuite anyone that doesn't have a strong ability/ KG or is already a powerful shinobi.

i don't think he would be as strong as if he trained in konoha because the leaf training wouldn't help sasuke at all and also stated by Orochimaru no one in the world could train sasuke better than him the same way no one could train itachi better than tobi and you see how strong both of them are who knows tobi could have been train by madara himself so in a way itachi could of learn how to fight the way madara did

Tobi is Sasuke's best trainer thus far.

As for whether he'd be as strong as he is now if he'd stayed in Konoha, Maybe?
I doubt tobi would have given him the same training if he had been in konoha at the time and Kakkashi was the only person with a sharingan that could possibly offer him any relavent training.

Kakkashi probably had more to teach sasuke, but it was more advantageous for him to leave the village, and he learned how to awaken the MS without his help.
