Would Sakura leave the Leaf village?

Well Sasuke is the only person that she would leave the village for........

I can see it kinda maybe to keep an eye on him, stay by his side, not letting him want to be alone and lonely but of course not in her current state they have to at least have a talk with each other, he still owes her an apology but so does she since she tried to kill him first.... well they definitely have to clear that up first!

Honestly, I don't think so. If Sasuke decides to leave the village (impossible to happen because he promised he would protect the village and made an oath to become Hokage), Sakura will remain in Konohagakure for a single reason... Naruto. She is like the mother Naruto didn't have until now, and let's be frank... they went on date more than once already.

part 2 sakura/ current sakura - Not a chance, shes loyal to naruto now.

Honestly, I think the plot would be better if the truth of Uchiha Clan remains in the shadows. If Sakura knew the truth behind Sasuke, the Uchiha Clan name would be dishonored.

I don't know about that. Since it's just about Sakura, i'll stick to only her.
I mean, she is a member of 'Team 7'. The other members (No, not Sai and Yamato =D) know and are keeping a secret. It would feel weird, lying to her, letting have a false interpretation of Sasuke just so everybody can be happy?

Feels wrong to me. And if she ever did find out (just a what if) how would she be able to look them in the face knowing that something that literally tore them apart was kept from just her.

That would depend on how Sasuke feel about Sakura. Sasuke wasn't the one who told this to Naruto, it was Obito. Naruto and Kakashi didn't say a word about this matter to any person in Konoha. The only persons know about this truth is Obito, Naruto, Kakashi, and the former Hokages. So I wouldn't expect a word from Sasuke, he didn't say anything without a further interest on matter (former Hokages answer). So as there is not any purpose in telling anything about this (furthermore, Sasuke has a reason to hide the truth), I think it wouldn't be wise to reveal this truth even to Sakura, for the sole reason that there is not any reason to do it.

She offered in Part I - to follow him to Orochimaru. And unlike the others, she doesn't have a shinobi background, no Clan, no ideology/philosophy of 'Will of Fire' instilled into her prior to training with the Fifth.
No 'dream' like Naruto's that specifically ties her to the village either... if it wasn't for Tsunade, I don't know what the hell she'd be doing.

If anything, she regards her family as a nuisance, an embarrassment and seems to resent and her relationship with them.
And when I think on how she treated her friendship with Ino... it makes me think that abandoning the village is a possibility for her, if it meant being with Sasuke-kuuuuuuuuuuun.

... so, in that respect she has less tying her to the village than others.

I LOL'd at the people referencing her choice in part one, yet conveniently forgetting any growth the character has made since then. Sakura haters kill me.

That's the main problem I see. He stopped to be honest from the moment he left the village in part 1. The main reason Sasuke would be able to put the Genocide under the rug is to follow his brother's step (his brother carried a huge burden, since it was him and Madara the ones who committed the massacre).

Do you remember what is his ambition? It was not only to kill Itachi... it was to restore the Clan's name. Telling the truth would ruin his own ambition, and the best way for him to have control over what Kakashi or Naruto says is to stay in Konoha, to become a new Danzou.

He should seriously consider severing Uchiha ties with Konoha and start a fresh somewhere else. How can he look at this place the same way?
The place where his people co-founded.
The place where his people were segregated by the 2nd Hokage.
The place where His clan was massacre by his brother.
The place where they spit upon his brother's name.
The place where his brother had to BLACKMAIL the elders to keep him safe.

It's just too much for me. Especially asking a 16 year old to shoulder all that.
