No, she was the one trying to kill him a while back. She even said she will leave it to Sasuke and a Naruto last time they all met. She knows Naruto's resolve for saving Sasuke is strong and if Naruto felt like he had to kill Sasuke then there was no hope for him. Sasuke is currently threatening get teacher Tsunade life as well. Naruto already said he will save the Bijuus no matter what so he will save his current comrades even if he have to kill his ex comrade and now enemy of the 5 nations.

Naruto killing Sasuke doesn't even exist.

If Naruto does kill sasuke, then that make Naruto not becoming hokage more useless than ever.
If he had to chose weather he'd kill sasuke or become hokage he would probably chose to die or neither.

He would be killing Sasuke to save his friends, the Bijuus, which he stated he will save no matter what he has to do. He is also fighting to save the 5 Kages who all voiced wanting to change the system for a more peaceful one

No, she wouldn't be mad at all. Naruto would only kill Sasuke if no other alternatives were left during their fight. She'd understand that Naruto tried his best. However, of course she would be sad for a while, just as Naruto himself would be as well as Kakashi.

She wouldn't even if she gets a little mad it wouldn't make her hate him or attack him or anything. She is in love with sasuke but she knows that Naruto and Sasuke have to settle things their own way and she knows they are both at risk. In addition she knows naruto is not to be blamed. She would be sad more than anything, the whole team would be.
