This ability sorta sounds similar to the first guy Jirobo in the sound 4 who was trying to drain everyone's chakra while the others escaped with Sasuke. I think her opponent would be able to figure out a way to beat her, otherwise it sounds like time is of the essence and you would just need to defeat them quickly before they drained too much of your power. Sides, if you were a long range attacker like Temari, shikamaru, Gaara etc, you wouldn't even be affected.

I think Sakura needed a chakra nature attack or something to make her more powerful, or maybe an actual jutsu not just enhanced strength.

lol Why are you comparing her to Sasuke? That guy is the strongest along with Naruto, any shippuden version of him negs most of NV, and she never faced that version in her current form.

She still surpasses Tsunade in strength. Calling her "completely weak" is calling 95% of NV weaker than "completely weak". Yes she can shatter boulders and create canyons with her bare fists, she can also break faces and damage organs. All while healing from any damage she takes. :lol
