It has to happen. Its likely to happen at the end of the manga, kind of like the start of a new era thing where Kurama and Naruto say their goodbyes since they have known each other for Naruto's entire life, then Naruto will become the new Juubi host and peace will happen blah blah blah etc.

LOL, naruto isn't even near the sages level yet.... and even the sage coun't handle the juubi, so what makes you think that naruto can? Im not fimilar with the clans in the era that the sage of six paths lived in.... so doubt he is an uzumaki, but related to it, considering the senju is related to the sage, and the uzumaki clan are ONLY related to the senju clan, as far as im concered.
