I agree but he is a prodigy though, but I think his genius lies in science more than shinobi skills, he's not as strong as he was perceived to be and Hebi Sasuke would still beat unrestricted Oro high diff.

Even though he was a prodigy during his era Minato was still chosen to become Hokage over him which led to him being low key salty left the Leaf Village and went to join Akatsuki just to get negged by Itachi...as for his genius in science ithink Kabuto has a slight edge in that department but hes top 20 for sure just my opinion though

I used to think that but then I noticed Sasuke can use his Sharingan to control Manda the same way Madara used Kurama. And 3T Sharingan genjutsu also works on Oro

I personally love how you rep orochimaru...you'd enjoy the character hisoka from hunter x hunter bro...I think orochimaru might be based off hisoka because kishimoto did get a lot of influence from yoshihiro togashi

But the manga already stated that oro is above Hebi sasuke
Even sasuke's friends (suigetsu,etc....) who knows how strong sasuke is. However, they still put oro above hebi sasuke.....especially suigetsu.....Zzz
