Would naruto sacrifice himself to save sasuke-possible foreshadowing

when naruto met up with sasuke in his mind he thinks,maybe if we understand one another i can change all that hate like Iruka did for me

iruka jumped in from of a giant shuriken aimed at naruto and got hit in his ****ing spine
could this be possible foreshadowing of what naruto could do to change sasuke
im not saying that naruto will die,he might be severely wounded,but could this be foreshadowing naruto jumping in front of an attack aimed at sasuke

Not possible because we all are waiting for Naruto VS Sasuke. So there won't be any third person attacking Sasuke.
But it's a good idea to save/change Sasuke by Naruto taking the attacking on himself with an intent to sacrifice but he won't die.
