I'd say so. Look at the level Sasuke took his Amenjakara( however you spell it) I mean when he first started using it all he could do was swap places with things and now he can travel to different dimensions with it.

Who knows what Adult Naruto would have been able to do with TSB at this point.

Yeah, Kishi just decided that he didn't want the TSBs to define Naruto's fighting style, so he removed them. Madara/Obito completely swapped to using TSBs when they gained the power-up; they stopped using most of their previous jutsu.

Kishi often limits characters' use of techniques to try and preserve a "style" for each fighter; that's why Madara/Obito didn't use the same techniques as Pain, and why Madara quit spamming Mokuton once we'd seen it enough.

Naruto will always have access to gudodama as long as he has RSM. He doesn't use them for the same reason sasuke doesn't use rinnegan abilities, kishi nerf. Hokage Naruto would most likely have mastered gudodama, techniques like omnyuodon wreck.

I believe he still has them. To answer your question, I believe he would but it wouldn't be useful because there's no one that can rival naruto besides sasuke. If this new manga of boruto, the ''sequel'', brings a character that defies logic then you'll see a TSB clone doing TSB rasengans/shurikens like there's no tomorrow. TSB can be versatile depending on its user.
