there's no doubt in my mind that Naruto would be history.

He would have been destroyed. The numbers advantage would have worked if Naruto went in the fight blind, with no info. A healthy Nagato would have taken Naruto down easily, because Naruto wouldn't have the luxury of picking the Paths off one by one. Then there's the fact that Naruto wouldn't have been able to fight all half cocked, because while Pain is recovering during the 5 seconds window he could switch jutsu.

Lastly, Tendo pretty much captured Naruto. If it weren't for plot the fight would have been over.

Do you think he could have killed Naruto and extract the 9 tails if he attacked with his 6 paths in 1 body instead of the divided 6 paths?

My english is not that good, sorry about that =D personally i think he could have handled the kyuubi that fought against 6 paths.

Scenario 2* Add Jiraiya with sage mode to the fight.

Yup, Nagato is solo god. Even the 6 paths could have beat Naruto, Deva path couldn't use his power and Nagato already used a ton of chakra fighting Konoha ninjas and using almighty push prior to Naruto returning. Naruto wasn't at full power either but Deva path having his power would prevent the death of the reviving path so he would keep having 6 bodies in the fight.
