Sakura could've killed sasuke, and she would left the village , she would care at that point. But there is no chance she would gone through


At worst sasuke would've left Sakura with a fatal injury I doubt he could've actually killed her, he probably would realized what he done once he stabbed her.

Even if he did sakuras medical ninjutsu would've kicked in
