Would Naruto be better if certain people werent OP?

So lets say the show kept going the same route as part 1 and most people stayed the same power level instead of going super op would the show be better or worse?

Remember how in part 1 alot of K11 was more or less even (with a few exceptions) and alot of it was dependent on team work while now its mostly power houses like Naruto and Sasuke taking on the likes of Pain and Danzo

Most people rank anime or manga's strength wise (those who only watch for the fights), so I think it's good that some people are that strong, otherwise people would just complain... Like always.

I would prefer if the power levels are more balanced, in part 1, the strength and skill of a shinobi depended things other than being a powerhouse, strategy still matters but things happening like "Naruto surpassing Kakashi with rasenshruken" kills the most interesting parts in my opinion, or you can just activate your susanoo and protect from almost every attack, i mean in part 1, Gaara probably had the most ultimate defence with his sand, but even it had some weak points to be countered; sand sounds like a joke next to susanoo now.
It is like most of the things turned into "manage to make one killer move or get into a mode which you can not get harmed, and that's it"
Edit: Of couse we still don't know what is going on people's head who are fighting in the battlefield, i hope it is the combination of good strategy and cool attacks; not op, but logical.

Part 1 was great when people were all about the same level, but from the Itachi arc Shippuden has been badass I love the OP Ninjas

I miss the teamwork and the planning that went into the battles. It's borderline dbz level now. Naruto being a walking senzu bean and using a million tb clones killed the war for me until Kabuto vs Itachi and Sasuke and Obito's reveal.
