You do realize that the Databook stats aren't meant to be compared? It's the characters growth in a fixed field, otherwise we could compare Tsunade's and Base Gai's physical strength. Both get a five, but one of Gai's greatest feats in base is punching a man through a wall whereas Tsunade crushed a castle casually.

Jiraiya simply hasn't displayed any feats that suggest he could dodge amaterasu or avoid Itachi's genjutsu something which no one but Sasuke has broken.

as a madara fanboy I'm well aware of his attacks no need to point them out to me. i was assuming this was ems madara or rinnigan madara at max not sage madara. sage madara stomps but the other have the potential to lose because of cockiness. madara alive can't use the meteors because its a suicidal jutsu unless he can fly (sage madara). soul suck and, shinra and limbo are blocked by itachi hiding behind his susano. but again i did say he only wins if madara stops to gloat
