Would Madara Manipulate Itachi?

It depends on at what point Madara approaches Itachi. The younger Itachi did not have anything tramtic happen that would serve to foster Madara's will so he wouldn't have been any use to him then.

However, if Madara approached Itachi around the time he was told to kill his clan, Madara may have been able to sway Itachi given the right words. But overall, Itachi was too self aware of who he was and was far too loyal to the Hidden Leaf to be swayed over to Madara' side.

Are you revering to Sasuke? Sasuke more likley got kidnapped but anway Itachi grew up with a different mindset. I don't think you could compare the situations Sasuke and Itachi were in.

Madara would Not even be Scared of itachi. Itachi would be just like obito a slave towards his plans.

Itachi is a God. Madara made sure Itachi was killed before he came back..
