Never in NV history have we seen a character move with such speed. If Madara couldn't handle the 8 gates... what chance would he have against that technique?

Yes, he'd be able to handle that speed, the way Kishi drew Haku moving just made it look like he was really fast. I don't think Haku's speed is at Juubi jin level when using those mirrors, I'll admit it though, Haku is fast. I may be wrong though, I haven't read the land of waves arc in years.
