Would Lord 7th W/ VOTE 2 Powers Still =Sasuke??

As you all know. Lord 7th and Sasuke uchiha are stalemates. But naruto lost abilities as Sasuke Gained yet still equaled him.

So if he got his TSO and 9 Bijuu chakras back would he trump the Sauce??

Naruto lost nothing. The TSO only appear when he's activated them. When he was first revived after meeting RS he used the orange rikudo chakra in his right hand to revive guy and punch madara. The same orange chakra in his right arm is used in The last to revive Hinata even though his arm was hashi cells by then. He has all of his powers and RS told the beasts to use naruto as a meeting place so im pretty sure their chakra is there.

I really dont understand how they are supposed to be equal with Sasuke not having the beasts to do indras arrow but kishis word is law I guess.

I agree with you Michael....even sasuke said that we can't use our full powers here....even in the other dimension they both seemed rather laidback and more like they were giving other Kage's and boruto the chance to do a bit of fighting........Maybe and this only a hunch they didn't wanna scare the other Kages with their power levels....=D

Naruto has been nerfed this entire time. Why i say that is because once Killa Bee stated that the Rasengan was the TBB in base form it was dumb down, an because a tbb goes through anything there was/is no way that a chidori or any other jutsu of that stature is suppose to clash with the rasengan/TBB.

Anything behind Naruto TBB/Rasengan is suppose to basically be vaporized because it's raw chakra. ( Even Orochimaru didn't want any of that ) and his power is really unknown because this guy is all over the place & is still alive.
