if this eye technique is strong enough to get itachi out of edo tensei! can he use it on anyone in the war! any of the brought back to life peoples???

Im guessing the KotoAmatsukami reacts on Itachi eyes and only works for 10 years. So since Sasuke now has his eyes it will maybe work on him. For anyone else not possible cause no else has Sharaingan besides Kakashi and i highly doubt it will work against him. Tobi/Madara IDK.

Well it would work on anyone, it wouldn't matter how skilled they are, what powers they have... it is the ultimate genjutsu, it even placed MS Itachi under it and he is a genjutsu master...
It might even place Hosts like Bee under it cause you don't know you are being controlled, hence you do not even realize you are under genjutsu...

so it's gonna take a shorter amount of time to use it again
