For one, you can't compare Karin to Kushina because Kushina, please note a child at the time, was singled out of her entire clan to become the host of raging, massive, and ominous chakra being, a lot of consideration was most likely taken to make this decision.

b. Using the last point as lean back, Karin often easily looses control of her emotions, even if it is comic relief, loosing your emotions too quickly should not be something a host can easily do.

Her chakra have strong life force no doubt about it ,however hosting the kyubi is something else.

Kushina said all uzumakis blessed with that long live chakra .and kabuto also said all uzumaki have strong life force ,but hosting the kyubi was different because they brought kushina out of all the uzumakis and she was considered special among them to be kyubi host .

Mito hosted the 9 tales too and it has never been stated that she possed "Special Chakra" so we can't assume having chakra similar to kushina's is the deciding factor.. But it is a determing factor though..

Nope, notice that kbee has no uzumaki lineage yet he was a perfect jin long before Naruto and he easily puts Kushina to shame in terms of having actual control over the bijuu. Uzumaki lineage although helpful in containing a bijuu offers no advantage in actually taming a bijuu. And karin would be possibly one of the worst vessels for a bijuu since she over does it with her temper tantrums when ever she gets mad, not to mention she probably would never be able to conquer her hatred. She would end up seeing Sasuke get into a dangerous situation, or getting pissed off by Suigetsu before totally losing it.
