Would Kara be more intriguing if they were from the Uzumaki Clan?

Exploring any clan is fine as long as its not the only clan being explored like the uchiha clan from the original series. That said I'd love to know more about the Uzumaki clan.

Their village was said to have been annihilated, but there may have been survivors. After all, Obito somehow survived. Anything is possible.

It actually makes a lot of sense if you think about it. Several Shinobi Nations worked together to annihilate their village due to the threat they posed. I'd say that is more than enough motivation for them to hate the shinobi world and seek some sort of retribution or change.

I suppose it's not directly stated that multiple nations attacked them, but I think it's implied. The wiki says "The Uzumaki's skill with fūinjutsu earned them both respect and fear throughout the ninja world. At some point after Kushina Uzumaki immigrated to Konoha, some of the world's nations banded together to destroy Uzushiogakure, believing the village was too powerful to be allowed to continue. The survivors of Uzushio's destruction went into hiding and spread throughout the world." citing the page I showed you as a source. Maybe it was stated in the anime? Or the wiki just made an assumption. idk.

I understand the wiki can be changed, but it's a great way to verify things and easily find specific chapters where certain things have been said. Doesn't seem like there is enough proof to say nations teamed up to attack them though. Why did you post the same page that I posted?

You can't annihilate the Senju's most trusted allies without a lot of help. Madara most likely manipulated different villages into teaming up against them, either that or Cloud Village teamed with Danzo and Hanzo.
