This scans shows Kakashi had enough chakra to still using kamui even after warping 2 susano arrows, if he had used it right from the start he would have warped Sasuke before he used susano.

In character Kakashi, on that situation did not want to kill sasuke, if the plot was another one maybe Kakashi wouldn't have cared about sasuke's life and would have used kamui right of the bat. But if you ask in that specific situation then no.
