Would Jiraiya have made a better Hokage than Tsunade?

Jiraiya is a huge pervert...but that aside...jiraiya is a nice guy who is a lot more firm than tsunade....he was stronger than tsunade in my opinion...When he had to be firm...he could be...which is evident from the way he taught naruto the rasengan...he just told him to burst the water balloon and the rubber ball the way he did and then to contain all that power in a normal balloon...He had more control over his temper...yes..he would've been a better hokage than tsunade

Tsuande by far the hokage or kage in general needs the power to protect all... Jmans stuff generally only protects himself granted his toads could protect others

But tsuande has tht slug (witch we haven't even seen close to its true size)
Witch heals ppl it protected ppl from pains nuke witch means its durable not to mention she could heal entire village
Also in one on one fight unsealed tsuande can do major damage to to an opponent tht is trying to take on the leaf (idk why kishi just didn't let her go unsealed against paths not saying she would've killed them all but a lot of them)
Whereas Jariya a couple of ppl or his summonings would he seriously injured while he's waiting to go into sage mode....

Who's stronger overall I believe jman but not by much and Thts only if tsuande slips up and let him go into sage mode witch she generally wouldn't cuz they have been partners for so long....

Anyways but who makes better hokage tsuande her abilities suit the position quite well...
The only current kage who wouldn't b able to defend they're village atleast until all villages could evacuate (not against ppl like madara jubbito and bsm naruto or current orochimaru) is Mei... They would walk right over her and her slow lava..

Best Hokage would be Might Guy. Everyone in the village would be more fit, active and could learn some Taijutsu and Kenjutsu. They would be able to defend themselves during village attacks.

I don't think Jiraiya would have abused his power though. He's pretty responsible when the situation calls for it and he does go out of his way to help others. He knew he'd die when he went to Amegakure but he knew he had to TCB. That's not the kinda guy who'd go around raping people because he could get away with it.

Jiraiya would have been better hokage if the sole purpose, as it was originally, had more to do with selecting the most powerful shinobi capable of protecting the village. Jiraiya is more powerful than Tsunade with his Sage Mode and boss summon Gamabunta....and with the help of Konoha would have done a better job at protecting Konoha from the 6 Paths of Pain and kept the village from being demolished long enough for Naruto to have arrived

Tsunade basically doing nothing to stop Pain and allowing Kakashi & everyone else do the fighting for her and eventually the village was wiped out

Jiraiya only turned it down cause he's a free spirit and prefered roaming the world then being cooped up in the village day in & day out...plus he had to protect Konoha by getting more inel on Akatsuki

Jiraya cannot stop shinra tensei which caused majority of the devastation.

If Jiraya became hokage leaf village would be non existant because noone would have had intel on pain which would mean naruto would have been captured wayy earlier because he would have never learned sage mode.
