Izanami won't work against Madara, because it works only on people who doesn't know who they are and what they want, as someone already stated. Madara is much different from Kabuto, who tried to imitate Orochimaru and was stealing the Kekkei Genkai of other people.

Also, Sasuke will NEVER try to use Izanami, nor Izanagi, because one of his brother's eyes will go blind. God, he's the second in history to have Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan...
