However, I would've liked for someone to take Edo Itachi's eyes. They are MS, meaning they should lose light, but they're Edo eyes, so I guess that negates the effect.

okay, but lets say I was a living fodder and had the rinnegan transplanted into me and then I was murdered and revived with edo. obviously the real rinnegan could be retrieved from my corpse. would I have the rinnegan still?

Yes, because you died with the Rinnegan so you would be revived with the Rinnegan even if they weren't originally yours.

no you can't. why did nagato still have rinnegan by the way? and wouldn't they have been izunas eyes I'm the first place.

Like I said in my previous post, even if the eyes weren't yours to begin with, if you died with them you'll be revived with them, just like what happened with Nagato.

No because they aren't his actual eyes they are the eyes of the sacrificed individual and not his flesh and blood eyes. And even if they are how would they get close enough to take them without getting one shot by a meteor or damaging the eyes.
